What is Single-Pilot Resource Management (SRM)?

SRM is defined as managing ALL the resources (both on-board AND outside ; prior to AND during flight) to ensure the successful outcome of the flight.

SRM training helps the pilot enables to accurately assess and manage risk and make accurate and timely decisions –  all about learning how to gather information, analyze it, and make good decisions.

  1. ADM
  2. risk management (RM)
  3. task management (TM)
  4. automation management (AM)
  5. controlled flight into terrain (CFIT) awareness
  6. situational awareness (SA)
